The hotel was easy to access and the staff were welcoming and helpful. the rooms were decent enough, equipped with all essential amenities, and provided a comfortable stay. the room size was good enough for a family of four with two small kids. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with hot water available at all times. the location of the hotel was convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby. the breakfast selection was reasonable, and the service provided was excellent.

The double bed we requested was not available, and instead, we were given a room with two single beds that couldn't be joined properly, leaving a gap in the middle.
